This page explains what personal data we collect through this website (mainly via the demo-request form) and how we use it. The data controller is Infinity Labs S.R.L. (“we”), for the Navi product.
What we collect
When you fill in the demo form, we collect: your name, your hotel name, email address, phone number and, optionally, your message. We also record the submission time and IP address for security and spam prevention.
Why we use it
- To contact you and schedule the demo you requested.
- To answer your questions about Navi.
- To prevent abuse of the form (security).
The legal basis is your consent (given by ticking the box on the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
How long we keep it
We keep form data only as long as needed to respond to you and manage the business relationship, then delete or anonymise it. You can request deletion at any time.
Where it's hosted
Data is hosted in the European Union. We handle it in line with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and Romania's Law No. 506/2004.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We may process it through service providers (for example email hosting) acting as processors, under confidentiality obligations, within the EU.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. You can withdraw consent at any time. For any request, email us at contact@infinitylabs.app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian Data Protection Authority (ANSPDCP).
Cookies
This site uses no tracking cookies. We only store your language preference locally in your browser (localStorage) for convenience. If we add analytics, we'll use a privacy-friendly, cookie-less solution.
